Anna Pietrzyk-Simone

Anna is a culture manager, producer and design advocate delivering impactful projects for international global brands, designers, and architects. She adeptly bridges the realms of big business, government, and cultural institutions through design-driven experiences. Her portfolio spans a diverse range of endeavours, from grassroots initiatives in South Africa to cultural projects across Europe, including her recent involvement in organizing a conference focused on reshaping London.

Anna had accumulated over 13 years of experience working at Ross Lovegrove Ltd in London, where she served as the head of communications and director of special projects. Subsequently, she undertook project leadership roles at MM-L, an architectural and design firm directed by Miska Miller – Lovegrove. Additionally, she contributed to research strategy at the design consultancy Monoko.to and oversaw projects for various international organizations and initiatives. Among these were her involvement with IDE (International Design Expedition) in Paris and Poland.

Notably, as the Producer of the 10th LREF (London Real Estate Forum) at the Barbican Centre, she led program delivery for NLA (New London Architecture), aimed at transforming the London cityscape.

As a co-founder of the Creative Project Foundation, Anna co-curated and produced the Young Creative Poland series in collaboration with government organizations. She initiated the designlink.pl, guide and co-curated the What’s for Breakfast? exhibition in Tbilisi, Georgia. Additionally, she served as managing editor of the book Discovering Women in Polish Design: Interviews and Conversations by Gian Luca Amadei. Anna is also the co-founder of On&On Designs, which introduces new creative talents to the retail, architectural industry, and cultural institutions in the UK, including Tate Edit, Heals, Manchester Art Gallery, and Kew Gardens.

Contributing to the Chiswick Oasis project, as part of the parent’s team that tackled air pollution at a local primary school, securing funds from Swarovski and Porsche, raising almost £100,000 in three months. The project was personally endorsed by Mayor Sadiq Khan.

She holds Master’s degrees in Design Strategy and Innovation from Brunel University in London and Management from the University of Warsaw. Before moving to London, Anna worked on developing the creative industries in South Africa at Design Indaba.

Joanna Caron-Delion

With over 20 years in the creative industry, Joanna is an accomplished Creative and Video & Content Producer. She began her career as a journalist at Polskie Radio Program Trojka before moving into TV production at Canal+ Warsaw and TVN, where she produced live and entertainment shows, including “Pogodowa Ruletka” and “Na Gape.”

Joanna’s career took an international turn at Jetix Europe (formerly Fox Kids Europe), where she became Senior Promo Producer and later Creative Manager for Disney Channel and Jetix. She led the rebranding of Fox Kids to Jetix across Central and Eastern Europe, managing creative teams, developing on-air campaigns, and ensuring local content met Disney’s global standards while reflecting regional cultures. She also directed TV promos, marketing campaigns, and cross-platform content, strengthening brand presence in multiple markets.

In 2014, Joanna co-founded ON & ON DESIGNS LIMITED, representing European designers in the UK and promoting innovative design through exhibitions and events.

Now an independent Creative and Video & Content Producer, Joanna brings deep expertise in creative direction, video production, and brand strategy, consistently delivering engaging content and campaigns.
